Light-Colored MDF with Excellent Machining
Megaboard is produced with 100% pine chips. This allows us to produce a light colored MDF that not only looks good, but machines very well. A favorite market for us is the fiber stile and rails market for interior doors. Our flat density profile also provides the perfect edge for painting.
Ideal for Shaped and Profiled Products
Our homogeneous construction makes a very consistent profile product. Shaped or profiled product takes overlays very well. Picture frames or furniture part manufacturers love megaboard.
Specialty Thickness and Density Options
We are also a specialty plant. We are able to produce megaboard MDF up to 4” thick. This eliminates pesky glue lines. If you need high or low densities, give us a call. We can produce board up to 60# and as low as 20# densities.
